La Vision è ‘proprietà’ degli stakeholders. Per avere una Vision lucida e corretta dobbiamo individuare chi sono e metterli insieme per avere tutte le sfaccettature necessarie. Ci deve essere un facilitatore (analista di business o conoscitore profondo delle teorie e delle limitazioni del sistema) che li aiuta a definirla meglio ed a capirne la fattibilità tecnica ed un coordinatore (Project Manager) che, ogni momento, intuisce la fattibilità economica e temporale
