La WBS rappresenta una
chiara descrizione dei deliverables del progetto, il ‘che cosa’ del progetto, e
supporta la definizione del lavoro da fare, cioè dello scope del progetto
stesso..
The WBS is a clear description of the project deliverables of the project,
