Quando affrontiamo la WBS dobbiamo guardarla nell’ottica dell’intero
progetto. Iniziare dai deliverables e abbinare a questi il pacchetto di lavoro
che serve per crearli. Alla fine avremo una lista di titoli di cui dovremo dare
i contenuti.
When we face the WBS we look
at a view of the entire project. Start with the deliverables and match these
work package that is used to create them. At the end we will have a list of
titles of which we give the content..
