Compito di un Project Manager è quello di portare a
termine il progetto in accordo con tempi, costi, qualità e customer
satisfaction definiti nel Charter. Quindi, una volta condiviso il piano, deve
attivare il processo di Monitoring e Control. Questo non significa restare in
attesa degli avanzamenti e dei problemi ma promuovere tutte le azioni necessarie
perché il processo di comunicazione funzioni.
Aim of a project manager is to complete the project
according to time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction as defined in
Charter. So once shared the PLAN , he must start the process of Monitoring and
Control. This does not mean keep waiting of the progress and issues but to
promote any necessary action for the process of communication to work.
