La matrice RACI serve anche per definire come sarà gestita la
comunicazione di progetto. Infatti mostra chi riceverà le comunicazioni ed in
quale modo. Guardando la matrice si vede subito se la comunicazione fluirà in
modo corretto o se ce ne sarà troppa o troppo poca.
The RACI matrix is also used to define as project communication will be
managed. In fact it shows who receive communications and in what way. Looking
at the matrix you can see immediately if the communication will flow properly
or if is excessive or not enough ..
