La policy è una linea
guida, di solito basata su esperienze o lezioni apprese interne, considerata
vantaggiosa o prudente per la società. Il rispetto delle policies è uno dei
compiti del project manager che deve anche farsi promotore, attraverso l’analisi
delle survey di fine progetto, di suggerirne altre.
