Il punto di partenza del PMO è la presa visione delll’intera azienda con la sua mission e con i suoi obiettivi. Quindi bisogna capire  se l’azienda è project-driven. Se si dobbiamo disegnare l’organizzazione aziendale intervistando gli stakeholders.
