Il cammino

Ogni lungo cammino inizia con un primo passo. Per noi il primo passo è la creazione della WBS. Creare la WBS vuol dire chiarire a se stessi ed al team i componenti di progetto e, quindi, avere una completa comprensione dello Scope.

Every long journey begins with a first step. For us, the first step is to create the WBS. Create WBS means to clarify the project scope to themselves and to the team members and, therefore, have a complete understanding of the Project.
