I ruoli

I ruoli devono essere stabiliti fin dall’inizio ed, insieme a questi, le modalità di funzionamento. In una pubblica amministrazione quando si fa una legge si devono fare anche i decreti attuativi. Per noi le modalità di funzionamento sono i nostri decreti attuativi. Se le persone non sanno cosa devono fare non lo fanno oppure lo fanno con i loro tempi. In un progetto i tempi sono quelli del Project manager.

The roles must be established from the outset and, at the same time, must be established the operating rules. In a public administration when the  Government establish a law it  should also do the executive decrees. The operating modes are our executive decrees. If people do not know what to do or he doesn't do it or he does it  in their own time. In a project the schedule must be done by  the project manager.
