Il team

La creazione del team avviene attraverso una serie di incontri in cui il PM illustra il progetto. Poiché il team è composto prevalentemente da tecnici dobbiamo essere molto concreti e precisi quando illustriamo quello che ci aspettiamo da loro, quando, con che modalità, con che tempi e quali saranno i parametri che utilizzeremo per misurarli.

Team building occurs through a series of meetings in which the PM explains the Project Plan. Because the team is composed primarily of engineers we have to be very specific and precise when we illustrate what we expect from them, when, in what manner, with what time and what are the parameters that we use to measure them.
