Problemi manageriali

L'approccio tipico dei nuovi responsabili dei progetti è quello di concentrarsi sui dettagli tecnici dei risultati che il proprio progetto sta cercando di produrre. Anche se questo deve sempre  essere una preoccupazione del project manager, il pm di successo e più esperto riconosce presto  che i problemi che portano via più tempo  e sono i più  importanti da affrontare sono quelli  manageriali, i problemi che determinano o meno se l'organizzazione del progetto sopravviverà e prospererà nell'organizzazione madre.

The tipical approach of new project managers is to concentrate on the technical details of the results their project is attempting to produce. While this must always be a concern of the project manager, the successful and more experienced individual soon recognize that the most time-consuming and significant concern facing project managers are managerial issues, issues which determine whether or not the project organization will survive and flourish within the larger organization.
