Un Project Manager deve essere cosciente che il suo progetto
porterà un cambiamento nel mondo circostante ed agire di conseguenza. Il
cambiamento impatta sulle persone e le loro abitudini quindi verrà osteggiato
da chi non ama il cambiamento e amato da chi è naturalmente predisposto ad
essere flessibile. La stakeholders analysis ci aiuterà a capire come reagiranno
i nostri clienti .
A Project Manager must be
aware that his project will bring a change in the world around them and act
accordingly. Change impacts on people and their habits then it will be opposed
by those who do not like change and loved by those who are naturally predisposed
to be flexible. The stakeholder analysis will help us understand how they will
react to our customers.
