Il tempo

L’uso del tempo in modo efficiente è uno delle maggiori caratteristiche che un pm deve avere. Tutte le attività hanno una durata e la durata è il tempo teorico che ci serve per farle. Nella realtà questo tempo non è un fattore univoco perché va mixato con altri tempi. Chiamiamo tempo-attività1 quello che mi serve per svolgere l’attività1, mettiamolo sulla scala temporale aggiungendoci dal-al e vediamo tutti gli altri tempi che in quel giorno consumeremo: tempo-pausa, tempo-trasporto, tempo-interfacce, tempo riunioni. Questi tempi si sovrappongono occupando ognuno uno spazio temporale ed impedendo al tempo-attività1 di svolgersi in maniera continua.

The use of time efficiently is one of the major characteristics that a pm must have. All activities have a duration and the duration is the theoretical time we need to get them done. In fact, this time is not a factor unique because it is mixed with other times. Call time-activity1 what I need to do the activity1, put it on the time scale by adding start date-end date to see all the other times that day consume: time-space, time-shipping, time-interfaces, time meetings. These times overlap eachother occupying a space of time and preventing the time-activity1 to take place in a continuous manner.
