Per attivare un PMO
dobbiamo disegnarne le funzionalità, poi abbinare ad ogni funzionalità un
deliverable ed a ogni deliverable il progetto che lo genera..
To activate a PMO we have to
generate the functions , then match to
each feature a deliverable, and each deliverable in the project that generates
it.
