Il progetto è composto
da tanti stakeholders che hanno una diversa modalità di comportamento, di
pensiero e di reazione. Questo ci porta
a dover utilizzare le nostre doti di intuito più che le nostri doti
razionali. Il project Manager deve quindi riuscire ad attivare il suo lato del
cervello che presiede all’irrazionale e farlo funzionare come un radar.
The project is composed of many stakeholders who have different patterns of
behavior, thinking and reaction. This leads us to use our gifts of insight that
our most rational qualities. The project manager must then be able to turn on
its side of the brain that presides over the irrational and make it work like
radar.
