La Vision

Per costruire la vision dobbiamo intervistare gli Stakeholders e farci raccontare come, secondo loro, sarà la situazione quando il progetto sarà finito. L’ideale è farci fare un disegno ma una descrizione dettagliata può essere sufficiente. In questo caso noi dobbiamo fare da facilitatori affinchè il loro pensiero esca fuori facilmente. Siamo come una levatrice che facilita l’uscita del bambino.
