Ci sono due tipi di progetti: uno ingegneristico, con un contenuto
determinato da vincoli e regole strutturali, ed uno che si costruisce con l’aiuto
degli stakeholders, che, man mano, costruiscono la loro vision. E’ chiaro che
la prima tipologia può essere predeterminata, la seconda no.
Soprattutto per la seconda quindi
dobbiamo costruire con pazienza la vision.
There are two types of projects: an engineeristic, which
content is determined by structural constraints and
rules, and one that is built with the help of stakeholders, which, little by little,
are building their vision. It is clear
that the first type can be predetermined, the second is not.
Especially for the second we have to patiently build
the vision.
