Il disegno

Alla fine delle interviste potremo mettere insieme il disegno finale, cioè quello che gli stakeholders si aspettano. Questo disegno dovrà essere presentato di nuovo agli stakeholders per l’approvazione finale. Infatti, poiché deve tenere  conto delle esigenze di più persone e dei vincoli, non potrà soddisfare tutti.

La responsabilità della fase è del Business Analyst,  il ruolo del Project Manager è quello di garante del fatto che tutte le attività siano portate a termine correttamente e nei tempi definiti,  e che il disegno finale sia pienamente condiviso.

At the end of the interviews we put together the final design, which is what the stakeholders imagine. This design will be presented back to the stakeholders for final approval. In fact, since it must take into account the needs and constraints of most people, it may not suit everyone.

The Business Analyst is responsible for this phase, the role of the Project Manager is to guarantee that all tasks are completed correctly and as scheduled, and that the final design is fully shared.
