La WBS

La WBS rappresenta una chiara descrizione dei deliverables del progetto, il ‘che cosa’ del progetto, e supporta la definizione del lavoro da fare, cioè dello scope del progetto stesso..

The WBS is a clear description of the project deliverables of the project, the 'what' of the project, and supports the definition of work to do, that is, the scope of the project itself.

L'irrazionale

Il progetto è composto da tanti stakeholders che hanno una diversa modalità di comportamento, di pensiero e di reazione. Questo ci porta  a dover utilizzare le nostre doti di intuito più che le nostri doti razionali. Il project Manager deve quindi riuscire ad attivare il suo lato del cervello che presiede all’irrazionale e farlo funzionare come un radar.

The project is composed of many stakeholders who have different patterns of behavior, thinking and reaction. This leads us to use our gifts of insight that our most rational qualities. The project manager must then be able to turn on its side of the brain that presides over the irrational and make it work like radar.

Il team

Il team di progetto deve includere tutti coloro che contribuirànno in modo significativo al progetto, sia  gestionali sia manager, sia a tempo pieno che part-time.

The project team should include everyone who will significantly contribute to the project, both managerial and non-managerial people, wheter they are full time or part time.

Combattere il cambiamento è una strategia senza via d’uscita, è come don Chisciotte contro i mulini a vento. Dobbiamo seguire la corrente ed anticiparne le volute assecondandole.

Il cambiamento

Prepararsi per il cambiamento vuol dire essere coscienti di quello che succederà ed essere pronti ad affrontarlo.

Questa è la parte più importante perché è l’unico modo per governarlo.

il pmo

Si stà facendo strada un nuovo concetto di PMO in cui anche il PMO è una funzione. Questo darebbe una dignità aziendale ad una realtà oramai consolidata. Le nuove strutture organizzative si stanno adeguando ai tempi.
