Quando andavamo alle elementari ci facevano fare il riassunto. Riassumere vuol dire riferire con parole proprie in modo conciso, una notizia, il contenuto di un meeting, lo stato di un progetto.Il riassunto deve tener presente cosa interessa a chi ascolta in quanto aggiunge informazioni a chi non le ha.
Se gli ascoltatori sono più di uno la capacità vincente è quella di saper trovare il comune denominatore che renda la notizia interessante per tutti.
Il Project Manager deve possedere questa capacità.
